I never thought I would review this place but today I had to. I got there today June 23rd around 5:20 p.m. there were only two people working there. A young man in the back and a lady in the front who also periodically went to the back to help the young man. For them to have been so short of staff, they both had a very friendly and positive attitude. Most of the time when people are overworked you can see it in their face and feel it in their service. Today I did not feel that way. And most importantly the food was fresh. They took their time to produce good service and good food even when they were short-staffed. I hope management appreciates them. Because you don’t get that kind of service all the time even when a place is fully staffed. Thanks you guys. Please know that I saw you today and appreciate ypur efforts.

I love everything about this, Bojangles. The people there are on point with service, food, and customer service. For example, when I arrive in the store, my order is prepared, and they remember my order. The manager there has helped me to feed one particular homeless woman. I gave her a one hundred dollar VISA card to feed the homeless lady, and she stopped in daily for her meals. Thank you, Miss Teresa. You and your crew are amazing.

We’ve had so many problems with this location. Most recently it was ordering on the app and when we get to the store they don’t have the right items, wouldn’t substitute, and said they couldn’t refund us and that we had to do that through the app. There isn’t a way to request a refund through the app so I had to email through the website. A couple days later a manager from this location called and said we could come in to get a refund. My husband said he could here the other employees asking that manager “you were here that night, why couldn’t you just refund them then?”. Never going back to this location.

This is the second time the organization I work for has gotten a large catering order from this location and I’m seriously impressed. Despite them being short staffed and needing to close earlier than traditional hours, they showed flexibility and allowed us to pick up after closing! Upon arrival the order was ready and boxes were labeled with the different family meals ordered (very convenient since we were taking to 16 different households). The manager helped us put them in our cars to make sure we had everything we needed. Very satisfied with their flexibility and organization.

This Bojangles has one of the most best workers, they always have a smile on their face and are so sweet everytime I go there. Even if they are out of something they have always offered to give me extra chicken tenders in replace of it. I highly recommend going to this location!

The drive through lady was rude and they could not do a single thing we asked. We asked for a water and they gave us a sweet tea, we asked for grape jelly and they didn’t give any. They really just were not listening at all.

Every time I’ve gone here, I’ve noticed not a lot of workers and little to no customers. Food quality is hit or miss. Still, this location is better than the one in East Athens.
