Horrible old dried out chicken. I ordered two 8 piece chicken and biscuit online and it was all wrong. It was old, dry and they gave me all breast and thighs with one wing which is not what I ordered. I spoke with the manager and she was very sweet and understanding and gave me a refund. She was great but I would NOT recommend the food even if you are starving!!!

I’ve had several problems with this location and decided to call it quits. I received an email from Bojangles for a free Bo-Berry biscuit. They would not honor it. The employee said they were not “participating.” You don’t seem able to use the app at this location although they have signs up promoting it. They also sometimes are completely out of items. “Sorry we have no sides today. We haven’t gotten our truck.”

Purchased a Cajun chicken sandwich and the chicken was so overcooked that I couldn’t eat it. Returned and the girl at the counter was not very cordial all she could say was everybody makes mistakes. She could have said, I am sorry, please let me get you another one. She did replace but the man making up the biscuits had to look through the cooked chicken to find one that was not overcooked. I love Popeyes but poor service in that morning.

I went this morning, and ordered two chicken biscuits. Well for one, the attitudes are horrible. You shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to talk to people. I got home and the chicken was hard and tasted so old , I just threw it away! If I didn’t have to get to work, I would have made them give my money back! This place doesn’t deserve a penny! Not even one star!

Today 4/30/2023 the food is so bad. Last time I was here October 2022 it was the same bad food but thought it was an off day. I do not recommend eating here. The chicken was dry, the fries were old and tough, and the dirty rice looked like mashed potatoes. Who ever is in charge of this restaurant should be fired.

Ordered 4 ham biscuits. Were told to pull up while they cooked more ham. Then they forgot about us. I had to go to the drive thru window again to ask for our order.

Horrible service. Waited almost an hour for curbside. Had to go through the drive thru twice to remind them I was still waiting. Food was wrong and Employee argued with us that it wasn’t even though the recipt proved otherwise. If I could give it a 0 I would.
