Worst experience ever. Did mobile order and app said it was ready. Arrived and they had no clue about my order. I pointed to the ticket beside the register with my order on it. The attendant said oh yeah. I’ll get that now. They disappeared into the back. Me and another customer were waiting in the lobby all by ourselves. The customer next to me was waiting on a chicken tender and asked if he could just get what they had now because they were in a hurry. She handed them the order and when he walked out they went to the back to talk about how rude he was. I waited a total of 20min. In the lobby. I will not be back.

Chicken has gotten so thin on the Cajun fillet I’d be better off eating a bologna sandwich and that’s what I’ll do before I pay that much for a extra thin chicken sandwich. A large coke has so much ice in it you pay 3$ and get 4 sips and it’s gone. If you do eat here stop at a convenient store and get a drink. Can’t really vote on the atmosphere there’s no dinning room drive through only

This place always has a mile long wait at the drive thru not because they re good food or service but because they’re so slow. We stopped and even though there was only 2 cars at the drive thru we opted to go in and order. What a mistake..waited 30 mins on 2 biscuits on take out . Then gave us jelly instead of mayo for the biscuits. I will never stop there again. Had to give it 1 star just to review it.

We went thru drive thru and ordered. When I got to the window, I was a drink short. I asked her for a small sweet tea, willing to pay and the lil blonde curly chubby girl at the window said I cldnt pay for another drink once I’m at the window…… hmmmmm smh….. okay I need a honey mustard…. she said that will be $.54…..OMG seriously you can’t take my money to order a sweet tea but you can take my money for a sauce! This is unbelievable! There is no customer service anymore! I don’t think it was that she cldnt take my money for another drin, I think it was that she doesn’t know how to do her job properly! Bless her heart.

Went for a quick bite. Order was not correct. Told them no pickles on fish sandwich and they put two. Bread was hard also on said sandwich. Being a type 1 diabetic I ordered a diet Pepsi and got a watered-down Pepsi. Will not be back. I have pictures of everything. I also have strips to check if drinks are in fact diet for my safety.
