I love going to this Bo Jangles. Normally if you go early in the morning around 5-6am you’ll get fresh food. Today I went around 7:40am and they pretty much gave me scraps. I ordered a #9 4 count. THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME IT IS NOT A FULL TENDER. This isn’t a joke. If I’m getting charged for 4 tenders don’t give me a little sad nugget and try to pass it off as a full tender. They definitely ration their food during the day time or are just to lazy to make more tenders. Other than that the workers are always so nice and the inside is always clean.

I did an online order with curbside pickup and the gentleman who brought me my food was so kind. Even though I showed up early, he came out to assure me that I hadn’t been forgotten and that he was waiting on fresh fries and then my order would be out. The food was fresh and delicious and the sweet tea was cold and delicious as well. Will definitely be coming back for online delivery more often.

Such a friendly staff and the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Fries were addicting and even Dr Pepper was fire. Green beans were demolished by my 1 year old he loved them. Biscuit tasted amazing too! Way better than Popeyes

Does not participate in the Bojangles chicken sandwich is what they told me. Do not ask them if they do, just order it from the app and do curbside and they will bring it out to you . They also need some improvement on the way they talk to their consumers but unfortunately the food tastes amazing so I have to give at least 3 stars.

Bojangles Bo-Rounds are iconic, especially with the southern chicken biscuit. I always get bo rounds so you would think they wouldn’t run out and on a Saturday morning. Smh I had to settle for seasoned fries which are ok. Come on bojangles crew do better.

This place has gone so far downhill. I cannot tell you how many times they have got my order wrong in the past few months. I used to be able to order a simple bacon egg biscuit with no problem. Now they have to add cheese to every order for some reason even when I request it without it. There is this one lady that works there that takes orders, as soon as I see her, I know my order will be wrong 100 percent of the time. Today I ordered a bacon egg biscuit with NO CHEESE, and of course I get home and what I got was a bacon biscuit WITH cheese and NO egg. It’s getting ridiculous at this point, how hard can it be to listen and take a correct order?

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Bojangles. The staff isn’t that friendly or helpful. Had me wait 45 minutes on a delivery only to get a attitude with me like it was my fault that they were incapable of filling their orders correctly. If you deliver I was just not taking orders at this location unless you like unhappy customers and waitong prolonged amount of time
