Food is decent. Hot. Biscuits are sloppy sometimes. Tossed in bag. Half wrapped up. Biggest complaint is if u order a combo they automatically up charge u without asking you. The combos prices on menu are for a small. But they charge u for a medium everytime.

Waited in line for 15 min for chicken. When it was brought to the car I asked if it was all dark meat like I ordered and was told yes. I get home and half is white meat. So now half of my $30 box of chicken will be thrown away. Tried to call the store but the number has been changed to an unknown number. I wonder why.

Arrived at 9:30, I was told they were short 2 chicken breast but they would still keep the total number of pieces they same. We got home (9 minute wait for the food) and were missing 5 piece. We called the store and were told they know they put them in the box. Ok how did they get out?

Went here this morning just after 7AM, we were the only people in the store at the time we entered. The cashier didn’t greet us or say anything, I’d like to add we weren’t rude by any means either. The only word that was said to us the entire time we were here was our total. Even heard one of the cooks say “complicated a** people” once we placed our order. Didn’t even try to mumble it or anything. Horrible service, I understand everyone has their bad days but this was purely outrageous. Horrible representation of the company.
