I would give zero stars but that is not an option. The food is horrible. I ordered a chicken supremes combo and the fries and chicken had to be at least a day old. I couldn’t even bite into it. The manager did honor my request for a refund. Please save your money and your time and go eat elsewhere especially if it’s your lunch break.

The customer service was nice. The guy told us that they were cooking the tenders fresh. Ok, cool, I will wait. But we waited for about 45 minutes, which seems like just for chicken tenders. They were NOT mind-blowing delicious and they were not the worst tenders. If you are going to have a customer wait that long tell. Give them something while they and make sure everything you put in the box is fresh and hot.

Pulled thru drive thru and spoke with Felicia who was very pleasant but could tell she was a little stressed ( she was working by herself preparing the food and prepping the kitchen. Food was awesome and I hope Bojangles recognizes what an awesome employee they have in her! 5 stars for Felicia!!

So to start off I get to the speaker to place my order and get a loud “What”. Once my order was finally heard she then proceeds to ask me to pull for 15 minutes, which turns into 30. Then my order is incorrect and the young lady who brought it out ask me to go to the window again because she has to pee! Ma’am. Where is your manager please tell her to correct my order while you use the restroom.

I only eat breakfast at Bojangles! I normally eat at the Bojangles at hwy 56 and tobacco Rd and always have good experience with food and customer service. Today I had errands on wrightsboro road so I went into the Bojangles here on wrightsboro. The cashier had the worst attitude and no friendly welcoming demeanor like most customer service workers do. Ariel was what her name tag said. I ordered my food for dine in but she put it in bags. Part of my order was a gravy biscuit. She put the gravy biscuit in the bag on its side causing the gravy to spill out in of the styrofoam container. I reminder her it was on for dine in and she just gave me stupid look. I asked for a tray and she stood there she didn’t understand me. Finally, she in pulled out a tray and put my food on a dirty tray. I am very appreciative of any person who nowadays at least goes to work. However, whoever she kept texting while I ordered and was waiting for my food must have made her mad or put her in bad mood and she let it interfere with doing a good job. I considered it displaced anger. I doubt I will return to this restaurant and if I do I won’t order if she is cashier taking my order.

Inflation is crazy and out of everyone’s hands, I get that. What I don’t get is how your drive-thru sign clearly states a grilled chicken sandwich is $5.99 and “bo-sizing” to a combo adds $1.99, yet my total comes out to be $11.86.
