I come to this Bojangles for lunch all the time. Food is great and service is pretty quick. Staff is pretty friendly too. My only real issue is the inconsistency of discounts. Sometimes I get a city discount and sometimes I don’t. Not a big deal but definitely weird.

Service is slow and staff seems a little confused, but- the biscuits were buttered, fresh and soft. Their eggs weren’t runny, and their chicken was fresh. Fries were seasoned and fresh also. Overall great breakfast!

I ordered the 2 for $5 suasage egg biscuits and a bacon egg biscuit. The lady taking the order seemed not to understand 2 for $5 sausage egg. Asked me if I wanted a #3, then a #5. I had to repeat it several times. Then, another lady got on the line and tried to clarify what the other lady kept repeating. Finally, I said 2 for $5 like you have on the sign in front, and they understand. It was maddening. The Biscuit was hard in spots when I ate it. The other were for my kids and then didn’t say anything special about them.

If I had the option to give zero stars I would! Worst customer service! Tried to say hi, No hi back. We were rushed to order. We ask for a cup holder, and got the drink shaken at us to grab it! Drinks were flat! All around terrible!

The slowest service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. It took almost 45 minutes to receive the order. One of the chicken sandwiches was completely RAW.

I stopped at McDonalds yesterday morning for breakfast. Waited for someone to take my order for about 10 minutes before another customer mentioned you have to order via their kiosk. After ordering via the kiosk a server with a surely attitude told me how much the order was and that I had to pay before they made my order. I walked out and went across the street to Bojangles. When I walked in to Bojangles, I was greeted by two employees and made to feel welcome. The food was very good and service was excellent. It won’t take a rocket scientist to figure where I’ll return.
