Stopped at Bonangles, connected to a Loves gas station. The food was good, everyone enjoyed their meal. Crispy chicken and good seasoned fries. I thought it was cool that they had USB charger ports at the booths/tables along the wall so you could be plugged in while you waited at this stop. The bathroom in the loves was clean for both the women’s and men’s. Annnd we had to get the name keychain for our kids because what’s a road trip without getting one in your lifetime? Especially when they have your name! Good place to stop

I’m a truck driver from Chicago and was laid over for a day in Jacksonville. I stayed at a Loves (#761 Brandy Branch) and decided to go try Bojangles for the first time. I wasn’t sure what they had, so I asked the gentleman taking my order about some menu items. He was very courteous and helpful. I ended up getting their version of chicken tenders. He was kind enough to throw down a fresh batch for me and informed me that it would be about a 5 minute wait.

I placed my order. Waited fast service, left got back on the road i was mad …couldn’t eat it, it was super spicy , so mad and disappointed ! I couldn’t eat it it was to hot spicy. I’m mad my money lost. I NEVER ORDERED HOT SPICY CHICKEN. ️

I’ve been talkin about this place for two years and we’ve been coming here enjoying our food then they close down to Jacksonville locations and now the Baldwin location seems to be slipping in quality I’ve been talkin about their side items and their food to everyone how much I liked it but now it seems to be a little like all the rest of the restaurants we actually drove 11 miles out here I guess we’ll be staying home now

Always fresh, always clean. Pleasant and smiling employees. The best chicken served here. I love good food and never question the price, however, Bojangles offers top quality food at very reasonable prices. Try a Bojangles Bisquit, you will come in for another one.

I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my life, let alone one of my absolute favorites since childhood. First they were NOT busy; they were standing around talking, and no one bothered to wipe down or sweep the dining area; it was a mess. We were able to get some fresh tenders; however the fries were reheated and unseasoned. They had no ice and needed us to go to the gas station next to it to get the ice. Every soda from the machine needed to be changed, and they had no sweet tea out front; the tea served from the drive thru was horrible. The servers were polite and friendly. They need LEADERSHIP!

Lady at window at night on june 23rd said they were closed at 11:00pm, we stated posted hours show open til 11:30, she said no then rambled on about about apparent new hours and a whole bunch of nonsense excuses, so we drove to get drinks from inside the gas station. As we were leaving she was assisting customers in the drive thru and giving them food. Online shows business confirmed 2 weeks ago from today. The level of incompetence and disrespect is baffling at this location. Worker was clearly racist, as all other customers assisted after she told us they were closed were not white. This isnt the first time weve had an issue like this with the location telling us they were closed but then continued assisting non-white customers after we pulled off. Like bruh we are just tryin to eat on road trips

Positive experience across the board! Zia was friendly and efficiently took our order. Dining area was clean. Order was hot and correct. This Bojangles has struggled getting back on track since Covid. Definitely heading in the right direction. We’ll be back on our next trip.
