This is the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, long wait times and they never have food ready to go. They’ve closed early multiple times or said the grills were off hours before close. They served me raw chicken which seems to be a common theme with this place. I’d rather drive across state lines to get food from a different bojangles.

Worst service ever. Ordered through curbside app. I came 5 minutes after pick up time to give them extra time to prepare. I’ve ordered several items. The cashier came out with one item. Left my drink, was out of dirty rice voluntarily subbed out for fries! I ordered3 dipping sauces none was in the box no cutlery in there no napkins no bag. To save the cashier time I went in to assist. I might as well went inside.

Went today. They were inside but door was locked and they weren’t answering the drive thru. I saw the worker come out to give food to one guy and ignored all the cars before and after me. Never saw anyone else’s order taken and people just kept leaving. I don’t know what the deal was but it was ridiculous

So extremely tired of this place not delivering or providing everything I order. Ive Hesitated to leave a review cause I thought it might have been a random mistake once or twice… but third times the charm i guess… Ironic to be told they need to replace something on my order with something else, only to have my replaced item not show up along with three sides that are missing altogether, and a side of fries I didnt order show up as if that may make up for it. Seemingly never the dashers fault as the bags are swollen with stickers to keep them from opened as if they were hiding the ark of the covenant inside… Would take an aneurism to get me to door dash from this location again, as i can’t take another headache from here without bleeding out anyway…

Order inside a 3 pc dinner. The young man that gave me the food said, ” Huh here’s yo food” no thank you or anything. There were 3 female employees in the lobby eating talking loud. I get home to find 2 pcs of chick and no biscuit! I called to the store…NO ONE ANSWERED

My experience hear was great fast servicesnd it was a really nice place to eat. They go out of their way to make things right. Great maniger name autom is the GM hear. Great person doing a wonderful job. I was treated like family i give yhem a 5 stars cause they was nice and fast and great food. If something is wrong call and talk to A GM and they will make it right. Autom the GM was a great respectful woman and made sure my experience was great. Thank you and I will be back again.
