I was starving and wanted a chicken sandwich. I decided on Bojangles. We pulled into the parking lot and instead of handicapped parking being first available, there were two spots for customers, then two for customer pick up, one for military, and then two for handicapped. That’s just not right! Handicapped should be closest to the door. We went inside and had to wait five minutes before our order was taken. There were no other customers waiting. I asked what the difference was between a regular chicken sandwich and the new combos they were offering for a $1 more. The girl didn’t know except to say that they had a Carolina sauce or a BBQ sauce and that they had coleslaw on them. $1 more for coleslaw? I ordered two chicken sandwich combos at 10:39. Several drinks were out on their soda machine. We had to ask what was available after she rambled off several that they didn’t have. There are 9 people waiting 10 minutes later including us. Six boys who came in after three other customers, got their food first. They didn’t get their sandwiches right either. A man who ordered his food online was still waiting for his too. We got our food at 11. We didn’t get the sandwiches. We got the biscuits instead. Mine was overcooked and my friend’s biscuit wasn’t done. She wanted ketchup for her fries and they were out. After taking a couple bites and watching my friend try to eat a raw biscuit, I took mine back to the counter and told her what we ordered and how I didn’t appreciate the biscuits they gave us instead. At 11:10, I got our two chicken sandwiches with no pickles. Really? Five people working and they can’t get anything right. I’ve never had to wait half an hour for my food anywhere. We won’t be coming back to this location. I’ll go to Chick- fil-a. They never have these problems.

So I loved the food. But there was a loud banging going on from the A/C unit above our heads. Sounded like it might die at any moment. The staff was very friendly and the food was great!

I didn’t realize they closed at 9:00 pm and I arrived at the drive thru at about 8:53. I ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit combo with Mac n cheese, chicken finger combo with mashed potatoes and an order of fries, which he said would take 3 mins to cook and asked if that is okay. I said yes and he politely said okay. I pulled around to pay and then saw the sign with the hours. He was so polite. I apologized for ordering so close to closing time, and he was so kind! The food was fresh and service was friendly

I ordered a sausage biscuit combo around 6:57 am. When I got my drink and headed to work. By the time I got to work I noticed they did not put condiments or a straw in the bag. When I opened my biscuit it was dark, hard and dry. When I had almost finished my tea I noticed black specks at the bottom of the cup. It almost made me sick. I will never go back and waste my money on them. At 6:57 a.m everything should be at its best.

Bojangles is one of my favorite breakfast spots and this one is usually good but recently the customer service has been very poor. Workers have slick attitudes as well as constantly messing orders up. & the biscuits are hard and taste old as if they sat overnight and they warmed it back up.

DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE, EAT ELSEWHERE! I’ve lived near this Bojangles location for a long time and just started going back for breakfast. I just recieved a cinnamon biscuit that was literally covered in mold. Very obvious and visibly covering the outside. I guess they didnt even look at it, just threw it in the box. I’m not sure what happened to this place but I will steer clear for a long while.

When all the restaurants line’s are long in the morning, there’s always Bojanles. When you place your order in the drive thru, the person taking your order doesn’t sound very friendly, and you are wondering what’s going to happen when you get to the window, but when you get there the person taking the money a d giving you your oder is very friendly. If you haven’t had their sweet potatoes pie in the morning, you’re missing something. It’s so good. I love their prices and the specials they have. Q

I have never seen such ignorant and rude employees in my life. I was in the drive thru, behind a truck who was trying to give their order, they were constantly being cutoff and spoken to rudely. They told them after trying to place order to just forget it. I ordered 5 things, and only had a $50 dollar bill. I was paying and the rude blonde was telling the cashier how “I guess we’ll take it but I usually won’t take a large bill in the drive thru”. (Keep in mind there is no sign on this.) I lost my temper and asked for my money back, and she rudely handed it back, and I called her a ugly name , and she called me the same. I usually eat there 2 times a week . But never again!

I paid $28 and was forced to pull to the side for soggy fried chicken and cold french fries. Even the biscuits were half done. The macaron cheese was cold and nasty. My dog didn’t even want it.

Delicious biscuits! Always hot. I love the sausage biscuits and Richard loves the country ham and steak. We go there all the time.
