They told us when we pulled up Hot chicken would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited for 35 minutes while they gave Our Hot Chicken to Other Customers. When in asked for a Refund Black Manager lied…then turn to her worker says you working on their Order. She says..No am waiting on him. Kept LOUD TALKING OVER ME…THIS IN MADISON, AL…ON THAT 72 E/W STRIP. They are LIARS AND RUDE!!!! Had to get A Refund. When you Contact Corporate Office they IGNORE YOU AS, WELL! So, they can GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING AT, ALL! Then today was it…South Parkway..had hair in the Mac n Cheese. Finish with BOJANGLES…Thinking about obtaining an Attorney for the way I was treated this weekend…

Very slow during lunch time, they told me the wait for dark meat was 15 minutes and l waited in my car for 23 minutes before I walked in and they were derving people inside but hadn’t brought my meal to me in the car. The food was hot and tasted good but not worth a 22-minute wait. Next time, I’ll probably go to Popeyes across the street.

The biscuit was the only thing I enjoyed our of this $8+ “snack”. The cashier didn’t ask what size drink I wanted nor did she ask about dipping sauce for the small and nearly cold chicken fingers. If she did ask I couldn’t hear her because the speaker volume was so low I had to turn my car off to hear her.

The chicken at this location is inedible or almost inedible sometimes. The employees really struggle here with time and making good quality chicken. I don’t care how nice you are, you don’t redrop chicken and sale/ serve it to customers or let it sit up there for long periods of times because you’re too lazy to drop fresh chicken..
