I had a delightful morning experience at the eatery. The manager exhibited commendable leadership skills as they motivated the team to strive for excellence during the busy hours. The food wasn’t good and my boberry biscuit was rock hard… I really wish I didn’t buy it and could get my money back. The bill rounds weren’t crispy more so soft and greasy. The best thing I ordered was the pink lemonade.

For fast food fried chicken, Bojangles in my opinion is the best! Love their breading with a slight kick. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. Their biscuits are excellent, some of the best in the fast food world. And I love that you can get dirty rice and beans as a side. When you order a combo platter you get a free sweet tea with it. The servers are friendly and efficient. I go here at least once a month to satisfy my fried chicken cravings!

I love Bojangles I have gone to multiple locations. This unfortunately has to be one of the worst I’ve come across. Majority of the staff is respectful and nice. The food is great. I was dining inside and I went to the restroom before getting back on the road. There was no toilet paper what so ever and as I entering the restroom, an employee left the stall and restroom without washing their hands. I’m utterly disgusted by this and disappointed truly.

Stopped there to get a dinner in the drive thru around 7:45pm. Tried to order a 3 piece dinner combo. Once I reached the window, I’m told that they just served a family meal and they were out of chicken. Bojangles, a chicken restaurant, ….out of chicken. Really?? I was asked if there was something else I would like to order. Huh?…… So, I replied, “Yes, I’d like a cheeseburger. Thank you” .

This was my first visit to any Bojangles. Honestly I was disappointed by the food. They were very short staffed, but the staff was handling the volume of customers well. The food just wasn’t what I was expecting since I’d heard such good things about the chain. We don’t have them in my part of the country.
