Usually the food is ok, and the customer services is OK if you go in the morning. In the afternoon or during lunch customer service is pretty good. The people that work the lunch and dinner shift seem to be very professional and polite. The morning crew on the other hand need to learn more customer service and try not to seem bothered when you ask for your food to be hot or when you change something at the window. I know it might be an inconvenience at times, but they’re in the business of customer service and preparing food to be cooked correctly and not Cold. I had breakfast and ordered fries instead of their signature borounds, Which the fries had too much salt and was cold. There is no excuse for your fries to be cold with excessive amount of salt at 7:30 in the morning.

The drive-through was backed up but moved VERY quickly, and workers were so friendly. I was surprised at the prices, getting 3 breakfast platters and half a dozen DELICIOUS and FRESH boberry biscuits for about $20. The breakfast platters had generous helpings and included tasty potato cakes seasoned just right. I was very pleased with everything, which is unusual for fast food experiences here lately.

I went thru the drive thru around 6:30 this morning. I asked if they had any fries cooked. The lady taking my order told me they didn’t have any done but it would not be a problem to cook me some and it would not take very long. Wish I would’ve gotten her name but I didn’t. She showed great customer service!

The Cajun chicken fillet biscuit is the way to go (also the Cajun chicken for lunch or supper) and add the pimento cheese on it because it’s such a great breakfast, and I have trouble finding very many breakfast foods that enthuse me. I would give them a 5* just for this biscuit alone but they mess up my order here too often to the point where I don’t go much. I went today for the first time in a number of months and they got it right.

New facility, NOT thought out. One cash register, long lines. No self serve. The ONE employee at the register must take order, bag order, get condiments from drive thru register and refill drinks. Parking and drive thru should be re-thought. Food was good. Good Luck

I used to frequent this location a lot before I would head to work at 11, I would always get there at around 10 and order the chicken sandwich with fries because I wasn’t in the mood for breakfast. Until I pulled up one day and they denied me my usual meal because they “don’t serve lunch until 10:30” but now I’ve found out that they have been lying to me because the other locations will serve lunch at 10. So horrible service on their part.
