We had never eaten at a Bojangles until today. Food was great. They were doing a lot of drive-through business with a short crew. The manager apologized that they were running slow. I had the grilled chicken breast sandwich and it was very tasty as was the cole slaw side item. My wife had chicken fingers and fries. Great stuff. The dining room was clean and orderly. They feature Pepsi products.

The workers are always so kind and pleasant. Especially the manager that serves me. I work right behind the location and visit a few times a week when I don’t pack my lunch. They never act annoyed to see me and always get me what I would like! Kudos to their service and good attitudes!

Sweet potato pies have a 10-minute wait. It’s happened twice in 3 days. I waited once and had to ask for a complimentary drink for the wait. Thwy also forgot to put in both sides in my meal.

Spent over $40 on DoorDash for breakfast and half of the items were missing and the gravy biscuit was a joke. I order 3 steak biscuits meal and a gravy biscuit. I got 2 steak biscuits, one order of bo-rounds and 3 drinks with the gravy biscuit. The top part of the biscuits were falling to pieces. It really seem like they didn’t care at all. As a former boj employee from NC we would never send something we wouldn’t eat ourselves out the window. Highly disappointed

Was the only car in the drive thru and was told it would be a minute to order. No problem. Waited 10 minutes and nothing. So I drive around and park, walked inside and waited 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there. My wife decided to go in and try to order and was ignored for another 5 minutes. Went 2 minutes down the street to smokin chikin. Won’t be going back here, too many good restaurants that want my business.

I live in Kansas City where we are not lucky enough to have a Bojangles. Tried to talk the employees into coming back with me so that I could have steak biscuits with pimento cheese and sweet tea every day but none of them wanted to. I guess I will just have to continue to make trips to Tennessee under the guise of visiting family. PS the cajun chicken is spicy despite what the cashier tells you.

Something’s I love about this Bojangles, they always get my order right, give me the correct order and food is freshly made. But whoever they had back there cooking today!!!!! put pure LOVE into their job today…OMG best damn fast food chicken and fries I’ve ever had…even the lettuce tomatoes and pickles were perfectly prepped and assembled, fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. Truly appreciate the beyond money worth product and service given today.
