I used DoorDash, ordered our meal, I ordered my disabled sister a breast meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Instead we both got mashed potatoes and stale french fries. I threw the fries to the dogs who wouldn’t eat them. The Madison Street store has been struggling for a while. I know I won’t be ordering from them for a long while.

I ordered a couple big family meals from their online app and came to the drive thru about 20 minutes later. Chicken and food was on point. Was extremely happy they put plates in there and was expecting them to miss up the sides or drinks. But nothing was wrong with the order. Great for a large crowd or work crew.

This location and only this location says they can’t and won’t make a 8pc or a 12 PC family meal in dark meat. I asked to speak to the manager and the young male acting like the manager wouldn’t even identify himself. I told them we would wait for the chicken and the young lady in drive thru proceeded to tell me to snag a job there. I left the facility on May 30th 7pm empty handed due to the workers horrible work ethics an attitude.

First I wait 5 minutes at the order board with no one saying anything and then to be told it will be 40 minutes for any food because big orders and door dashes….. wtf… and lately the night crew have been phoning it in. Disgusting cleanliness, bad attitudes, lack of dark meat and frankly the chicken tastes likes it been sitting for hours. I miss the way it use to be, we won’t be coming back. All our chances have run out, now it makes sense why it’s always dead there now.
