Ate there and everything was good, so I did a to go order to take home to Kentucky as we do not have any near me. When I got home and opened the bag this is what they think is a serving of Bo-tots is. 3 of them! For what they charged for them, that is a crime! Truck drivers stay away and save your money. The only reason this place get any stars is because of the employees they are great. The food on the other hand is terrible. The chicken was warm but had a old taste and the fries was hot but unseasoned and also had a old taste. I’ve been here on several occasions and never had decent food. It upsets me because I wasted my break and my money on this place nether that I would get back. I’ve been eating Bojangles for a long time and never had one that taste this bad. Go else where

I dont eat at Bojangles very often, but did I miss The memo where they don’t give you full sized regular biscuits with meals anymore?? We got this sad little cheddar bay biscuits with our Supreme meals,see pictures, they weren’t very good, I would say a very poor attempt to copy Red Lobster’s AMAZING biscuits. Don’t fix what ain’t broke Bojangles!

Do not eat there. The staff is very unprofessional. One girl was telling and cursing after a family left about having to clean their table while I waited 50 minutes for my order. They also use their to go bags as a pan liner for their sides. They didn’t even make my order right. I contacted the company and they will not contact me back. Worst experience ever.

I’ve been to a few different Bojangles in my time and I put them rung or two below Popeyes when it comes to biscuits. I enjoy getting Bojangles for breakfast because they have larger, usually very tasty biscuits. I’ve been to this location twice within the last couple of weeks and each time the biscuits have been falling apart and veeeery sloppily put together when ordering bacon/sausage, egg, and cheese. I’d give the staff I’ve encountered about a C+ on presentation but I usually don’t have to spend more than 10 min of my time here so I really can’t complain too much. Also haven’t been inside the place, so can’t comment on the atmosphere.

Being in a travel corridor you’d think service would be fast. Took 5 minutes to place an order after pulling up to the speaker, there was no warning that it’d be a 20 minute wait. Sat in line 25 minutes after paying with only 2 cars in front of me. Ended up leaving with no food.

This Bojangles was so phenomenal that I went for breakfast and came back for the potato rounds and a jug of tea!!! The staff is incredibly polite and friendly, and the food is amazing. The restaurant was very clean as well. Even the bathroom was sparkling clean! 11/10

Ordered bucket family meal on app. Got there when it said it would be ready. Had no wings ready, so had to wait over 30 more minutes for them to cook them. Inside was closed. Was supposed to get 10 biscuits, got 7. Supposed to get an unsweet tea and a lemonade. Got 2 unsweet tea… not the first time not enough chicken was cooked. Usually compensate with something else.. It’s not like it was late. It was only 6:30pm.

Slow & Confused is how I describe this Bojangles. 9pm on a Thursday and there was only one other car in the drive-thru, but it still took 20 minutes from start to finish. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. They used a blueberry biscuit. Ordered 3 tenders. They gave me a blueberry biscuit. I know it was late on a weekday fellas, but if you are out of regular biscuits LET ME KNOW! Sandwich was gross, chicken tasted old, they forgot my drink…suboptimal experience.
