Love their biscuits!!! Best biscuits I’ve ever had so far. There are many other fancier and more expensive places selling biscuits but for me, this is hands down the best. Chicken is also very delicious and Cajun spice is on everything.

Ms. Connie was very nice. Order was not correct. Cheese on the wrong biscuit. Part of the order was 5 chicken biscuits. We got that plus 5 additional biscuits that we did not order. Pretty sure we were charged for the biscuits even though we did not order it. Last thing we asked for was no jelly and lots of napkins since we were a full car on a road trip and getting our breakfast….No napkins.

Had my order changed from tender combo to the 3 piece combo wth two sides. I got charged for the 3 piece but received the tenders with one side. Unfortunately, I was already back at my hotel when I discovered the mistake.

Not only is the service and food amazing, they are the kindest people I know. We were traveling home from Florida and stopped and came across two beautiful dogs that were abandoned or lost. The restaurant is providing food and water and calling to get help daily for them. Come on City of Goodlettsville. Provide resources for this situation.

This is the second time I ever got something from Bojangles, the first was at work for a reward dinner. This time I picked up lunch for some co-workers. I had the chicken tenders and the Mac and cheese. The tenders were generous in size. The seasoning is what they call “Cajun” (the only seasoning they have) and I would describe it as mildly spicy. The nice thing is the seasoning isn’t greasy. I had the honey mustard dipping sauce while my friend had the jalapeno sauce. Mine was good and she said hers was good, too. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. The biscuit was really good, but you have to ask for honey packs (which I didn’t do). I got the sweet tea which was good.

Service with no smile. But the amount of food you get in a kids meal is enough for an adult. They changed their tots. They use to offer guacamole and little tots. Now they are tater tots that are the size of a dollar coin and only come with 4 tots.

Just being honest. The boberry biscuit is fantastic, if it’s fresh and warm. But the dryer, colder, harder sat around 3hr boberry biscuit is just nasty and not worth a penny to me. 1st time I had one it was early early morning, like 5am or something. That one was fantastic, warm, fresh and taste like granny had been up all night to make it. The next time I went, it was mid day or late morning, hard, cold, tasted like flour. I was in shock. It wasn’t anything close to the 1st time. You can’t except perfect everytime, but that 2nd boberry biscuit was just a disgrace. Not sure if I want to ever eat here again. Maybe 5am is the prime time for a good bo jangles.

I ordered a chicken sandwich which I have done several times in the past. I always received a full chicken pattie. Today it looked like they put a chicken finger in a bun. The piece of chicken only took up about a third of the bun. I asked about it and they said that is the size they are getting. I guess I will be going back to chic-fil-a. Sad.

So, I visited this Bojangles( in Goodlettsville) at least 3 or 4 times. I must say… The food is always hot, tasty, and fresh! I just tried their chicken sandwich today! It was delicious ! Ohoh, watch out competition! The customer service has always been great . And it’s clean inside. I hope they keep up the good work! When I lower my cholesterol, (Lol) I’m coming back for another hot , fresh, delicious chicken sandwich! Please Bojangles keep up the good work! No place is perfect… But keep up the good work Blessings!
