Arrived at 8pm and was refused service because they were “closed” even though we were inside because the doors were unlocked. Because they were open. They just don’t feel like working. Get better employees at this location please. They’re always an issue at this location

Food was substandard they forgot the coleslaw and gravy for the mashed potatoes. And after eating the chicken that found a few pieces that was raw in the middle and bleeding. My husband is sick with upset stomach and diarrhea. Totally unhealthy to serve half done chicken. We spent over $50 on this and we deserve a refund.

I am sharing for 1 reason! I believe in giving credit where it is due! I had an issue recently. No need to go into detail. I was quickly called and texted by a manager named Connie who is a sweetheart and was so apologetic. She cares about her job and employees and her customers! She was so sweet and I wanted to hug her thru the phone!! I had an issue before a couple times and just decided I needed to speak up! Not to bash or get anyone fired but I knew that most visits I had good experiences! I am so appreciative of the manner and kindness in which it was addressed! We need more understanding in customer service you never know what is going on in lives of customer or employees!

Convenient location. They give big portions of food. However, I went today (8/7/24), and the food had a slight soapy taste. My stomach is slightly upset right now as well.

Only thing I was asking what the cashier recommended seeing how I had never been there before, I’m not from around here and they don’t have a Bojangles where I live, and the cashier wouldn’t answer or even give me an opinion on what she liked.

Had high hopes for this location. Visited about 7 times and this morning was the last. Yelled at by the person taking my order, hollered at by the person at the second window, made to wait 10 minutes for food. Stated that bo’rounds were going to have to be cooked and it would be about 4 minutes. Waited 10 minutes, bo’rounds were not freshly cooked when I received the product. I worked in the food business for many years and this was pretty bad. It would be better to close than to make this impression on customers. Did not eat the product as I was concerned it was somehow tampered with based on the interactions I had with staff.

Chicken breading perfect. Not too thick or crunchy… The flavor is balanced and the chicken is never greasy like it is at KFC. I wish they put a timer on their bisquits though… they can sometimes be not as “fresh” as the chicken is. I prefer the biscuits at Popeye’s.

Dine in is closed. Staffing has become a major problem for businesses through out the country. Younger gen. Is getting lazy. Nobody wants to work. So be kind to the staff that do show up and work. Thanks.

It was very nice service all the workers where friendly and when I ordered a small drink she said don’t worry and gave it to me free. Why 4 star atmosphere, well it was like a ghost town but that doesn’t take away much. Peace
