Another horrible experience at Bojangles you think I would have learned my lesson by now. Ordered large fries, two bo berry biscuits and a sweet tea. Waited in the drive thru for 25 to 30 minutes. When we finally get our food at least 75% of the fries had rotten spots on them. This is ridiculous. I will include a picture of some of the fries that went in the trash.

While we were in Tennessee visiting our children and grandchildren, we stopped to grab dinner. We ordered through the drive-through. The lady was very sweet with our big order. My husband and I have never eaten at a Bojangles before. I thought it might be like Pop Eyes chicken. It was better than Pop Eyes. The biscuits are delicious and soft. The chicken was very good. We will definitely go back when we visit again.

Two young girls working, talking loud enough for dine in customers to hear everybody. I placed an order for pickup on app. When I arrived at store, had to wait approximately 10mins for an order that I placed 20 mins earlier. Chicken too tough to eat, biscuits cold. This was my first time at this Bojangles, it was close to 9 o’clock pm , I guess they were getting ready to close , I’m from Memphis, Tn . They sold me, and my family some (dog food), it was like extremely hard chicken, and the food was cold . In other words they sold us garbage !!! When you are closing if you can’t sell the quality of food advertised, then don’t sell it at ! You will lose your business like that. No one wants to pay for (dog food) , in fact wouldn’t even want it free !!! I Could give you a -0 as a rating !!!

Waited 35 minutes at the drive through just for them to tell me its an hour wait for any chicken. Why couldn’t they tell me that when they first asked me to wait? At that point everything near me was closed so I could go anywhere else.

The chicken in the sandwiches was flat at super dried out. They forgot part of our order so we had to go back through the drive thru after waiting an ungodly amount of time for our food after we ordered. It was extremely hard to hear the emoyer taking orders because the other employees were literally screaming at each other innthe background. We have had bad experiences at this location before but this was the worst.

The first bojangles ever to try and charge me a $3 up charge for lemonade instead of tea in a family meal! I mean, tea mix or lemonade mix, what’s the difference?? Sounds like they know parents would want lemonade for the kids. My first and last visit to this location.
