Never have we got good service here, very seldom come. Ordered and they said they were out of chicken but it would be just a few minutes and they’d have more, just set down and they would let us know when it was ready. Sat there 30 min while they passed chicken out the window and to everyone in the building and never got ours, even after asking I was told they were still cooking it. They continued to pass chicken out to everyone so I just got a refund.

My husband and I ate dinner here. We both ordered the chicken tender plate with mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. One of the employees were supposed to bring us our biscuits as soon as they came from the oven but never brought them so towards the end of our meal we finally went to the counter and asked about our biscuits and finally got them. Apparently they had been done for a while… The food was okay but would have been much better with the fresh biscuits that we were promised… Especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant eating…

I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered my food and I waited 20 minutes for my food and two behind me in the drive thru got their food before me. A very frustrating night, the guy that works at bojangles said we are getting your order ready sir and it took an extra 5 minutes before I got my food and he tried to apologize but I grabbed the food and left. Bad customer service and the employees didn’t even mind that I was sitting in my car waiting for 20 minutes for my food

Can’t tell if the bird was undercooked or say under heat for too long but today was my second time getting a Cajun biscuit that felt like a chewing on a giant gummy bear, and my boss got one like that a few weeks ago. You haven’t lost a customer, I get that stuff happens sometimes… but the gamble is getting old.

I stopped here right before closing & was greeted by two friendly young men; they make a great meal for me & my friend, didn’t seem upset by us being there after they had started cleaning up(can’t say I would have been that nice myself) but great chicken & their cajun beans are the bomb.
