All the food was old. I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese, which was old and dry. It went in the trash, and my fries were old and cold. They went in the trash. The chicken was ok, but the whole meal was 10.97, which most of it went in the trash. I don’t have money to throw away.

The store location is one of the cleanest in the city great hardworking staff and not a bad wait time at all, personally the sausage biscuits are my choice when it comes to snappy breakfast tell them I sent ya.

Went for lunch around 11:15 on a Saturday and had to wait til 11:30 to get chicken fingers and fries. I’m not sure why so many Chattanooga fast food places don’t switch to lunch so late. Chicken was good, fries were WAY over-seasoned (like eating chunks of salt).

30 min wait with BoJangles App, was finally informed their app order screen has never worked. Next visit, I waited in dinning room for 15 min, no other people in line and my order was never taken. Next visit, waited in drive through for 30 minutes for a biscuit and it was not worth feeding to my dog. Thanks but no thanks, I’m done.

Go thru the drive thru in Red Bank Tn they dont close for an hour . We order our food and they tell us it will be 30 mins til chicken is done and then proceed to tell us what sides they don’t have . .. in other words they didn’t want yo have to cook anything . We get to the wi dow and the place is clean like it’s not even open the girl at the window was rude and tells us they r fixing to close . My fiance says don’t u close at 10 ? She didn’t say another word. I will never go there again.. and am reporting the restaurant
