I had to wait for my food which wasn’t the problem I ordered blueberry biscuits said they are cooked by order so I ordered them waited about 10min and left. Get home the fries are hard as rocks and burnt. And no blueberry biscuits. I tried calling and of course Noone would answer.

My husband went through the drive through at approximately 9:55pm and ordered our food. I ALWAYS get an egg and cheese biscuit because i don’t like their meat at all. the lady tells him “we have to cook the egg sir” very snappy and rude which made him uncomfortable but their job is to cook the food so i’m unsure why that was even said. i would understand if they were closing in 15-10 mins but even then i should get what i ordered and not have a rude worker tell me i can’t get what i want. so now im stuck with this nasty chicken biscuit my husband got me because of people hating their job. not my problem. don’t work here if you are going to be rude to customers.

Employee in restroom didn’t wash hands. 2 employees outside smoking. 3 employees inside sniffing each others armpits. All were looking at me. I kept waiting and walking back and forth in front of register. They just kept staring but no one ever waited on me. Kept waiting and no one ever attempted to help me at all. Finally walked out. Decided to make a visit to the Highway 58 Bojangles location and was a good experience. The exterior of the restaurant was extremely clean and looks brand new however the inside was a little bit dirty and my biscuit was not completely cooked. I ordered a country ham egg and cheese biscuit with an orange juice and my brother had a Cajun filet combo with hash browns. I would return the service was quick and as expected

I ordered through the app and requested curbside pickup. The app said it would be ready at 12:23. It was sitting behind the counter when I went inside at 12:45–it didn’t seem particularly hot when I got it, so I’m guessing it was packed and sat. It still tasted fine, but if you’re looking to avoid a wait by ordering through the app, think again.

Terrible experience. I ordered a biscuit and a 4 piece chicken tender meal. They had me pull to the front to wait for my food. I got home and they gave me a box full of biscuits. So I paid 17 for a box of biscuits. Not to mention the customer service SUCKED

We stopped at this Bojangles after a hard afternoon of driving and helping our daughter move. We were greeted warmly at the restaurant. Ordering was easy and the associate at the counter was helpful and polite. As we waited for our orders, #1 and #2 combos, we noticed that employees looked like they were enjoying their jobs and genuinely liked each other. Our biscuits were hot, fresh, and were very satisfying. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience in an exceptionally clean restaurant whose excellent staff served good food.
