This is literally the worst Bojangles. I stop here more than a dozen times on my way to work. They can not get the orders right, or they have to make you wait in a parking spot because they are unprepared. Good luck getting anything correct at this location. Even getting the correct drink is a challenge for this location. To get a refund one must return to the store with a receipt. Give me a break, this is 2023. I feel robbed.

Service was nice enough, but the food needs some work. The Bo rounds were not fried long enough, they were floppy and soggy. The SEC biscuits were also not cooked long enough. Biscuits and gravy were not flavorful. And I’m not sure why they don’t serve grits bowls at this location like at the others.

I’ve gone to this location for years and it has not so steadily declined. The workers are apathetic, and clearly not cut out for service work. The food is well below the quality found at other locations. My chicken biscuits are consistently cold and undercooked, and the fries are consistently cold and unsalted. The best thing about this place is the convenient location. I would rather drive 20min out of the way then stop at this location again.

They left off my husband’s bo rounds off the order as the side he was supposed to get, but fortunately he noticed and they got it right out to him. What he usually orders is not a combo they have on the menu but they work with him to get him all the items he wants at the least expensive price. He likes that they serve breakfast all day so he can get a late breakfast since I prefer the lunch menu and have to wait until after 10 to get the dirty rice which I love and they don’t have ready as a breakfast side. I recommend the dirty rice with a Cajun biscuit which they don’t list below. Their macaroni and cheese is pretty good too.

Food was good, even after waiting over 20 minutes at the drive thru window. Employees had no idea what to do or what their jobs were to do. Manager was doing every job herself versus telling her employees what to do. Yes, I was there long enough to see it. If you go to this location, have a ton of patience and double check your order.

Food is good but the service is horrible. If you go inside you will wait for 5 minutes at the register before anyone even decides to look at you. The only focus for this location is drivethru. If you go inside you will be ignored.
