Went through the drive thru, The staff wasn’t welcoming, we originally wanted the 8 piece family meal, they said that they had NO sides, so we ordered a chicken sandwich and a 5 piece tender meal. The fries were clearly reheated and the biscuits were hard the chicken was actually pretty good. We were too tired to complain but will not visit that location again.

We stopped in while traveling and were completely impressed! The store was just off the highway and easy to access. There was plenty of parking and the store was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. When ordering we were told they had chicken cooking and that it would take a bit longer than normal (which I really appeciated becausewe has limited time) We ended up ordering a chicken sandwich and chicken tender combo. The food was hot, very fresh and absolutely delicious. My husband is still raving at how dood the biscuit was! We will definitely stop at this store again when we’re in the area.

hey y’all! normally if i can’t get popeyes i stop by bojangles, however i don’t think that’s the case anymore. if i am going to pay 15$ for a sandwich i expect it to be right. i do not like mayo, so when these guys think it’s so funny that i want ONLY pickle, and they put NO pickle and EXTRA mayo, i tend to get a little pissed. i understand what it’s like working in the restaurant industry, but jesus christ i was the only one there. get a grip. it’s not that hard. and we wonder why employee turnover is so high.

Went through drive thru on my lunch break and ordered this 3pc tender meal. Was not very happy when I got back to work and opened the box. Times are tough and things have gotten expensive, so when order something, I expect to get what I paid for. I took pics but they won’t load on here. Go figure, but the “tenders” are barely big enough to be considered nuggets and they are overcooked. Also asked for diet mt.dew as I am diabetic and got a regular one instead. The lady in the drive thru window was not very personable or friendly. I will not be going back to this Bojangles and maybe no other locations either. Shame on you Bojangles!

It’s just not a good experience there anymore $27 just for two meals for two kids that’s crazy if the chicken fingers get any smaller than I was just calm feathers cuz they’re so tiny now and the season fries they don’t even season them really anymore they give a light shake for like 2 lb in the thing it’s ridiculous what they’re charging won’t be going there anymore they charged too much for too little and the food is just just unflavorful anymore

It never fails everytime I come to this particular bojangles in dandridge they are either out of chicken or don’t have enough to fill a 8piece meal.. if your a food place aren’t you supposed to have food? I always come between 5 and 6 and always have this problem.
