We visited this location on a Thursday at 11:15am on our way through town from a different state to visit family in another different state. The service was extremely slow. The food was old and dry. The tea tasted weird. There was an alarm going off every 5 seconds which was super annoying since we were eating in the dining room

Not good! Drive thru and wait time was long. I got a bacon biscuit that had maybe half slice of bacon. Also, had discount card and got no Discount. UNREAL!!!! Thought I’d give it another shot! What a mistake..wasn’t any better than last time! This location needs some serious employee training. Everytime I get a biscuit it’s either lacking something or it’s one broken mess. Will not be returning!

The wait times are aaaaalways so long. Can’t ever go during work week because it’ll take up your whole lunch. You have to wait to even be able to order inside, with hardly anyone in restaurant but they just ignore you standing at the register. Don’t even say hang on. There were plenty of workers, though. Especially compared to the (non)crowd. Watched a whole family walk out today after being ignored for at minimum 10 minutes. The family before them that ordered had been waiting forever when I heard a cook holler that it’ll still be another 20 on their food because they didn’t have the chicken. Why would you not have chicken made at lunch time? Total lack of preparation and management and it just makes it so frustrating to visit. Which sucks because I love the food.

Everytime we come here we have to repeat our order at least 10 times because no one can understand what we’re saying. We hardly ever get our correct order. Lastly I swear they slaughter the chickens in the back because even for one sandwich it takes upwards of 10-20 minutes to get our food.

Came to Bojangles drive thru at 9:57 not realizing the time till after the customer service rep told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Once I realized the time I offered to go else where, however she was very friendly and said it would not be a problem the fryer was still up. This is the type of customer service I wish we could see more of! Thank you Paige for having great customer service skills it’s not seen very often anymore! Wish there was more like ya! U deserve a raise

Ordered a curbside order. Drove 25 minutes to the store- checked in 3 times. Waited another 10 minutes before going in. It’s now been an hour since this order was placed and it’s still not in my car? Not sure what the deal is here but it’s very apparent that efficiency is not a strong suit here.
