Had a huge breakfast order at drive through for 6 people (7 biscuits, 3 Bo rounds, 2 drinks and a milk. We were given 3 whole napkins. Zero ketchup nor were we offered it. Food was delicious but they could improve the assumed customer service.

Great job team! Every time we come here we experience professionalism and great service! I have heard people talk around halls that the service in the AM is slow do to the drive through workers taking all orders before dealing with people at window. That’s something I can not judge because we always go in the evenings.

I love Bojangles but I’ve been sorely disappointed in our Halls location. The biscuits are just not made as good as the ones on Broadway. The service is not always as good as it should be. You get the feeling they don’t have enough help or good help.

The girl LILLY is absolutely RUDE and has no place working in fast food. Slammed the drink’s down because I asked her to repeat the order at the window sence she was having so much trouble taking the order at the speaker. Ripped the card out of the card reader and said take your card. The told us to pull up and had to wait for 15 minutes to get food while other people got their food one after another and left. And still was missing food in the bag. I believe she did it on purpose.

Worst ran Bojangles I’ve ever been to by far. Tried to go in because the line was wrapped around the building and found that the door was locked, at 9:05 AM! The order was wrong not once but twice, and the food was all cold. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid this location.

I went through the drive thru on Saturday May 13 around 6:00 pm. I ordered a 2 piece meal with 2 sides. I get to the window, paid for my food, and only after I paid, I was told that they were out of biscuits, out of gravy for my mashed potatoes, and out of dirty rice. A tall black man who I assumed was the manager was screaming at the top of his lungs at a younger white man who I assumed was an employee who was screaming at the black man at the top of his lungs right back. They were cursing vulgar words and slamming bags of food on the counters. I honestly thought the two employees were going to get in a fist fight because the argument was so volatile. The girl at the DT window who took my money apologized that the 2 employees were arguing. I commented that their behavior was VERY unprofessional. Her reply was that those 2 employees go at each other all the time. Meanwhile I am still waiting for my food, which the girl at the window substituted other food so I wouldnt have to wait. But I was very amazed that this kind of behavior of employees arguing and fighting was going on right at the front counter/DT area where all the customers could see it and witness it. I felt very uncomfortable having to witness this behavior, and in this day and age, I was afraid it would turn into someone shooting the other. I did not feel safe at all, and I dont think that I will go to this particular Bojangles anymore. It was very unprofessional and disconcerning to witness what happened. I rated this Bojangles a one star to post my review, but they dont even deserve the one star. Very disappointed in this Bojangles!!!!!
