Why is the rating 4.1 when the chicken is not fully cooked, the fries are dry as if they were microwaved. I ordered a #14 (breast and wing).. the breast was not fully cooked (it had liquid in it) and the wing tasted old.

I gave them a one star only because that I had to their biscuits were like hockey pucks and then they offered me bo berry biscuit instead so they wanted me to have hockey pucks, covered and sweeteners. That’s OK. The customer service was terrible and I got most of my order wrong. I got a Pepsi and got a diet Pepsi and then while we’re sitting here they’re outside smoking cigarettes while we’re in here an hour of whole entire order is wrong they’re ridiculous. Something needs to happen at this location.

Food was nasty and microwaved. Our specialty sandwich was served plain it was supposed to come with coleslaw and bbq sauce. When ask where was the coleslaw we were told there was not any even though we had a side order of it with my chicken. My chicken was old like it had been microwaved.

First time at this location. I was pretty grossed out by cigarettes on the bathroom floor and a dude taking a shower in the sink. Also hearing the staff complain about their shift while I’m eating was displeasing. Food was what I expected and I was satisfied on that note.

We visited here on the way to the Smokys for vacation. We’ve eaten at Bojangles before in Florida and Georgia that were much better than this one. They seemed genuinely annoyed that we were there and they made sure to tell us that there were only 2 people working there. The food wasn’t great. All in all wouldn’t stop here again.

Normally we love Bojangles, but not this time..The cashier was rude and hateful, not only to inside customers but drive-thru. And the food wasn’t fresh,chicken was crunchy and the gravy tasted like water from being watered down tok much. The workers in the kitchen had their phone propped up under the light by the biscuits messing with it..Overall very bad experience
