Me and my wife went to the Karns location looking for a chicken sandwich. We got the Deluxe version which was $9 for the combo we got a super sweet tea, fries with no seasoning, a small pieces of chicken with no spice an to much breading, skimpy lettuce and huge tomatoes and no pickle in sight. Only time the food has ever been good, is when there’s a manager on duty. Any other time the foods not that good especially for the price you’re paying.

Four adults came in and ordered individually. Service was speedy and efficient. My Bojangles Chicken Sandwich Combo had a decent flavor especially if one likes spicy. The chicken was well cooked but not very hot in temperature. The fries had the right amount of spice but was also not hot.

Highly affordable! The staff are friendly, and the food is served hot. I ordered from the drive through and ate inside before writing this, and both experiences were pleasant. Their coleslaw is on point. Their breakfast biscuits are good, although asking for extra ketchup may be a good idea.

I was the ONLY person there. Ordered 3 dinner items. Missing part of one of them. Charged me .25 ea for 7 honey mustard sauce. Only received 6 and shouldn’t I get one each for each entree. Had to call for 30 mins to get someone to finally answer my call after getting home and seeing items were missing. Food was maybe luke warm, certainly not fresh. Now I remember why I quit going to Bojangles a year ago. Not a mistake I will make again. You had one job. Put the things in my bag that are on the ticket. Not that complicated.
