When Bojangles is fresh, it’s delicious!.. but it’s always a toss up of whether or not it will be fresh, especially if you go after dinner hours. Twice we’ve gone late and have gotten older squished chicken and sticky old rice.

Second time here. I got a sausage and biscuit sandwich with mac & cheese. The sausage patty was small, no cheese…just a sausage Patty on a biscuit. Mac & cheese was good and the biscuit was good. Just a little disappointed there wasn’t more to the sandwich. Next time I’ll ask for cheese. The staff was very pleasant, answered questions about their breakfast menu. Husband had chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw, he said everything was very good.

Too bad you can’t give less than 1 star. We picked up supper at Bojangles and it was terrible. I can tell you that they use instant mashed potato flakes because we got 1 spoon of mashed potatoes off the top and the rest was dried potato flakes not even stirred up or mixed in. They were inedible. The sweet potato pie was very close to being burned . We also got a side that was incorrect. Very disappointing. You would think for 32.90 you would at least have food you could eat.

First visit….very friendly staff! Ease of ordering, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of the restaurant, food appearance are above 5 stars and the iced tea is 10 stars. I will be back and will be telling others to try Bojangles. I want to compliment again on the friendliness of staff. It made a very positive impression on me about Bojangles. Glad for the personal touch this restaurant has.

It never fails, just when I decide to give Bojangles another chance, I am disappointed. The sides are already undersized, they don’t even give full containers. More times than not, I have gone home with my Tailgate box and something is missing. The price is higher and the service not improving. On a positive note, the breasts and thighs we’re tasty.

Phenomenal example of a Bojangles. The staff is unbelievable friendly and the food was so good. Had to wait a moment for my steak, which was fine because it was FRESH. Lost a star because they don’t have Cheerwine like the ones further East.
