We waited over 30 minutes for 8 tenders, 1 breast, dirty rice, 2 mash potatoes, 4 biscuits, and 1 mac&cheese. They moved with no urgency even after 15 people came in off a bus. They took care of all of them and then got us our food that came to find out that they were sitting off to the side for god knows how long. We love bojangles and go to one every time we travel south.

Easy experience! They quickly took my order and I was given my food right after I paid. The sandwich was tasty! Nice and warm and not too greasy. Was way bigger than I expected and was only $4.23 after tax. Didn’t have to ask for napkins and they included them in the bag. Good experience.

Fried chicken was pretty bland. Biscuits were almost a little too dry. My wife really enjoyed her chicken tenders and I thought they had great flavoring. The Mac and cheese had no taste at all. I was really disappointed in the food overall, but the service was great, A++++ in that regard

This was our first time ever eating at Bojangles and we enjoyed our meal. We’re on vacation so we wanted breakfast at lunch time and we were excited to see that they offer breakfast all day. The food was really good and the price was reasonable. We especially enjoyed the Bo Berry biscuits that only cost $1.69 for 2 large biscuits (as of 9/15/21)! The only reason they lost a star was because the tables weren’t clean, even though it was obvious that they had been wiped down recently. The other issue was that the girl at the register wasn’t very friendly, although she was efficient at her job. Overall a very good experience and we will definitely go back!

My husband and I ordered 4 sausage and biscuits to dine in. They had them ready about 3 minutes after we ordered. We now know why it was so quick. The biscuits were so hard on the edges we couldn’t eat that part. We felt like they had been baked several hours ago. This is the second time in a 2 week period we have had an issue at this restaurant. The second time involved cold gravy. I did go back and ask if they could heat it up for me. My husband doesn’t like to say anything most of the time so he ask me to just write a review about the biscuits. Please correct these issues so we don’t have a bad experience again. We drive from Lexington just to eat here. We have always written good reviews because we had no issues. This hasn’t been the case for a while.

This was my first time trying Bojangles. I was not aware, didn’t think to ask either, if the chicken was spicy. I don’t like anything spicy so I didn’t care for it. The biscuits and mac n cheese were good. The service was good, staff was friendly but one thing I can not stand is when they hand out condiment packets that are all stuck together and sticky. I asked for honey and all but 1 packet was stuck together but not by honey. It was a good atmosphere very quiet and calm. It wasn’t bad but just isn’t for me.
