I came across this Bojangles while traveling back from Kentucky and it was not a mistake. The customer service was exceptional and on point. I wanted to get some blueberry biscuits. Unfortunately at the time they didn’t have any available and advised it could take an hour. I shared that I was passing through and the representative said ma’am you know what we will start a batch for you how many would you like. I was super excited because this restaurant is not in our state and is truly one of my favorites growing up. I had to order 6 to eat now and later lol! (If your ever in the area you should stop by. The convenience of getting gas and food was very accommodating!) look at these biscuits OMG!

The customer service was fast and friendly, very well priced. The chicken tenders were moist and flavorful, macaroni and cheese good as well, and the biscuits were moist delightful. We returned in the morning and purchased breakfast biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns. Both were tasty.

Stopped at this place to get gas and saw the Bojangles sign. Had never eaten at one before, so I went ahead and ordered since the place was really clean and nice inside. So glad I did. The staff was very friendly, food was done immediately. The food was very fresh and tasted so great that I wish I would have ordered more than I did. We need one of these places in Sullivan, MO where I live (we have no decent chicken places around). This was comparable or better than Popeyes chicken.

This location is right off interstate 64. Convenient for traveling. It is connected with a Love’s gas station. Bojangles is known for its tasty fried chicken and sides. They also have breakfast biscuits. The food at this location was equal to what I’ve had at other Bojangles. However service was slow, and we visited when only one or two other folks were in the restaurant. All in all a good experience. Restaurant is nicely decorated and clean.

Expected to find fried chicken options beyond tenders and sandwiches. For the same price I had paid at a another location two days ago for a breast and leg and TWO sides, I got here 4 dry tenders and stale fries, and I had asked for dirty rice. I had to pay for the extra side of rice to correct my order.

For some stupid reason any Bojangles affiliated with Loves no longer sells bone in chicken. They claim the time to cook bone in chicken doesn’t meet the criteria with Loves management. Bojangles is the only good food you have ever put in a Loves. This is going to affect you if you realize it or not. PFJ and TAP are digging a hole with their “pay to park”.

Really disappointed they have no bone in chicken. That’s what’s bojangles is known for. They only selling those dry tenders and a couple biscuits. Thought I was in for a treat. Had I known I wouldn’t have even stopped.

I was disappointed that this Bo’s didn’t have bone in chicken or mash potatoes! The fries were barely seasoned. I’m a Bo junky so was not happy… The young lady taking my order was very sweet I think her name was Aaliyah but the other staff seems to have an attitude.
