OPENING DAY!! Well organized! Manager greeting and talking to customers (he chatted with us). Not our first time having Bojangles but our first location here close to our home. Customer service was great even though it was crowded with long lines — no issues! Food was as good & fresh as it was in Georgia. Sweet tea & lemonade yum! Just a good affordable fast food experience. Glad to finally have one close to home now.

Finally got to eat at a Bo that’s not in an airport, only to get strips ( I can get that at Raising Canes), not bone in pieces. I guess the staff is new because the tables were dirty…along with the restrooms and they were struggling to keep up with the drive thru. The 1 guy taking orders (at lunchtime) was friendly but really slow. I got the chicken sammie, which was good. Co-worker liked his 3 piece, but again…no bone-in fried bird. This location really needs to get in sync (not the band), or the paying public will dine elsewhere.

I ordered a family meal it’s a 20 pice tender meal with 3 sides and a gallon of tea. First time ever having Bojangles and it was good spicy but good the biscuits 10/10 the sides 10/10 the tenders are spicy to spicy for me you guys should serve regular chicken as well that’s not spicy everybody can’t have it. Customer service was awesome. The Tea was banging I would definitely order the sides again Overall 8/10

Although, I am not a ‘tenders’ person and my order was wrong, the tenders were good. I ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals and I received 3 tenders meals. Partially my fault that I didn’t check my order before I left. The girl at the counter have a really good personality, it was loud and crowded so I can see her mistake. That particular restaurant had just opened, the line was very long in the drive through but not that long inside, I was in and out in minutes. I was totally disappointed that they didn’t serve chicken pieces, only tenders and chicken sandwiches, which was my intention to try. I will return to try the chicken sandwich. Bojangles chicken was around when I was a teenager and if they start selling chicken pieces I will be there!!! The chicken was the best chicken around and I’m surprised that Bojangles didn’t stay around then.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Ordered the 12 piece tenders (apparently that’s all they sell), dirty rice, coleslaw, small fries, peach cobbler and sweet tea. I was not impressed. They left out my coleslaw after the lady at the window stated everything was in that big box that they give you. The number on the website doesn’t work and I wasn’t going back up there. If you have hypertension you may want to take your pills before going! Everything was salty! The chicken, rice and fries! I couldn’t finish my food. The biscuit was nasty and so was the cobbler, which was too sweet! And I spent over $40 for this?! Lesson learned.

All I can say is that the place is overrated.

Let me say this first. The service is absolutely awesome. The food is served hot and fresh. If you’re in the mood for chicken strips or a chicken sandwich, this is your place. A word to the wise at Bojangles. You have to have country gravy for the chicken strips. Country gravy is needed.

So I have been happy to see them coming to the area and excited to have the Bojangles food I used to have when they were in South Florida. But after joining and waiting 30 minutes in a line that wrapped around the neighboring restaurant and then working my way to the menu stop I was surprised to see that this is Bojangles light. Tenders only! Indefinitely, and allegedly Kid’s meal items, I need real chicken for adult dining prices. A bit ridiculous. Apparently the lore is working and people are buying once involved with the hype. A lot of reviews are suspect after tasting what I purchased. So I will curb this location and madness for now. And hope someone please take care of those individuals working outside in the severe heat.
