Great breakfast, but very slow service. Maybe because they are always busy, but a drive thru experience is supposed to be fast food, not extra slow. And even going in is slow, it’s like they are only trying to take care of the drive thru customers.

This was the second time I came to the drive thru on a Friday afternoon that they were out of chicken and I had to wait for it. Got there around 4 both times. I just don’t understand how a chicken place runs out of chicken on a Friday.

The service was not good after waiting about 15 minutes to order we were able to order and the service was slow no one looked like they knew what there were doing. After about 30 minutes of waiting for our food I asked for a manger to please cancel my order and give me back my money. The manger did and acted like it was no big problem to have customer walking out of the restaurant.

Waited over 30 minutes for chicken, get home food tasted and smell burned, mashed potatoes were watery. Ask for fries, and of course they were out. It wouldn’t be Bojangles if they were not out of something. I thought rice was supposed to have meat in it..hummmm….I guess not. I just wasted 38.00. If I didn’t stay so far away, I would have came and hot my money back. They don’t have to ever worry about me coming back.
