I love Bojangles chicken and was so excited when they first opened in Mount Sterling. The first time we ate there, the food was good. However, the last time we ate there, (2 or 3 months ago) the chicken was very dry, to the point we threw it out. Haven’t been back since. Every time we go by there, the parking lot is always empty. Guess everyone else had the same experience. Such a shame!

I have given this restaurant 2 chance’s. Both times the chicken was overwhelmingly disgusting. It was hard on the outside and close to the bone it was raw. Did they just cook it quickly and then let it sit? I don’t know what to say other than, there wont be a 3rd visit

im SUCH a picky eater, so i just ordered the grilled chicken combo. i ordered it plain, but the sandwich came to me with all the condimets.. which i didnt like. but i took it back to the counter & told them & they gave me a new sandwich free of charge & even let me keep the first sandwich! im so glad mount sterling finally has a restraunt that doesent waiste its food. the management was so organized & costumer friendly.. not to mention it was the BEST meal i have EVER gotten from a fast food restaurant. im 100% satisfied with my first Bojangles expirence. i will defenatly be recommending Bojangles to everyone i know & be back to visit as much as possible.

Don’t waste your time service was horrible and they got my order wrong twice I ordered a dinner and they gave me some kind of chicken nugget that was so hard I couldn’t eat them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RESTAURANT SAVE YOUE MONEY GO TO KFC
