I go this Bojangles a lot and they are really fast and I get good food. I go almost every morning and most of the time they will always have a conversation with my son. They always greet us kindly and make us feel welcome.

Went through drive thru, this location has the most rudest workers. I ordered 3 combos & 2 chicken boxes. They forgot one of the fries and one of the drinks for combo. Then when asked about it, they acted like they put all of fries in the bag when I told then several times that there were 2 fries not 3. Then some female worker tried to be argumentative saying that she saw them put it in the bag. Again only 2 fries are in the bag, not 3 like I ordered. I offered for them to search my car, again I do not have reason to lie about an order of fries. Come on. Then they really got an attitude about a tea missing. They finally gave it to me after I explained it numerous times that one of teas are missing too. Then I walked inside to talk to the manager. He was no better. He told me that the free tea that is advertised on chicken box meal has to be asked for although advertised it’s “free” with combo box. Ridiculous and rude! I have better things to do than to spend time arguing about fries that were left out of my bag and a free tea that came with my meal.

I LOVE LOOVE BoJangles. So, I’ve given this one several chances since I drive by here on my way to a job up the mountain. NEVER AGAIN. I’ve tried and tried and tried, every time is worse. Sometimes the food is subpar, but credit given, usually it’s okay but not as good as the COMPANY OWNED BoJangles. But the service is sukkydukkysukky. Do they have to search high and wide to find the employees? One morning I went through the drive through and the people were kind, happy and friendly. I asked the girl, “What happened? New management?” She was so kind and polite; I knew she wouldn’t last. She was too good to be there.

Best Bojangles experience. Clean, friendly, fast, and efficient. Comfortable seating including large tables for groups. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and someone seemed to always be cleaning. Food was very fresh and we loved being able to access condiments ourselves. This is now our new favorite Bojangles!
