This food is wonderful quality and cost. The flavor is absolutely delicious. I ordered the drunken noodles and my wife had dumplings. Both were beyond our expectations! We also really enjoyed the environment inside the Charlestowne Fermentory. A great combo so try to check it out for dinner if you are in the area.

Went to the brewery with some friends and decided to order something at Bok Choy Boy. Went with the dumplings and the Dan Dan noodles. Asked the chef to hook up the spice on the Dan Dan noodles and to say the noodles were amazing is an understatement! The dumplings were pretty great as well!

First and foremost I want to say this food in next level. The dining scene in Avondale needed this facelift. Its a 10/10 . I hope to see these guy go Brick and Mortar, the diversity and quality that is produces out of such a small space is wild. The Charles towne Fermantory is an awesome space to host these next level magicians.

So delicious! I had the vegetarian/maybe vegan? Bok choy bowl and the dumplings. The bowl had perfectly cooked rice, bok choy that was just right – soft but not mushy, and was salty/sweet/sour in all the right ways. Dumplings were to die for! So flavorful and tender! Will 100% be back.

Stopped in and tried them out on a Sunday at lunch. They update their menu frequently so it’s constantly changing. I wanted to try their special but they had sold out of it so I went with the Katsu Curry based on their recommendation. The food was great. Tons of flavor and colors with just the right amount of heat. I’ll definitely be back by to try some other things on the menu.
