I visited the West Palm Beach location recently while I was in town for a conference. After eating out for a few days, you just don’t feel like yourself. I stopped here for an alternate option. I tried their Au Jus Steak bowl and it was delicious. I didn’t have that heavy feeling in my stomach after eating here. It was fresh, clean, and filling but light. I will definitely find a location close to home to visit again

Great quality food, great service and attentive to customer experience! We ordered the create your own bowl and each ingredient from the potato noodles, broccoli, rosemary potatoes, teriyaki chicken and sauces were fresh and delicious. Also we had impeccable customer service by BART!! What a great experience, we will definitely be back!

A restaurant concept like this needs their staff to be patient with their patrons. I was definitely explained in detail what my options where as they patiently waited for me to my decision. I chose the BbQ chicken with black forbidden rice. 10/10. The staff was so welcoming I would definitely recommend this location

I had THE BEST experience at Bolay Tampa today. Once they found out I had never been there before, they gave me my bowl for free! That’s how confident they were that I would love it. I sat down to eat (and yes, it was DELICIOUS), the manager, Danny, approached me and offered me bowls to bring back to my office FOR FREE! My colleagues were having a tough day and this truly made their day brighter. I have never experienced anything like this before. Top notch customer service experience. All the employees were so kind and pleasant. As someone who works in behavioral health marketing, I order lots of catered lunches. I am super stoked to utilize them for my catering needs regularly!

Food is always good and this location is very generous with portions. I placed my order on the app and realized I made an error. Called the store and they were super cool with modifying my order and it was ready on time as always. Bolay St Pete is definitely a regular in my weekly rotation.

This location has changed their concept around to focus more on the catering side of the house as I was told by the gentleman at the register. This equates to a limited selection of choices it felt like. You don’t pick as you go down the line and can’t really see what you’re ordering anymore. The food was still good but like I said it felt very limited.

We used to really enjoy this place. It was a step above Fresh Kitchen and other bowl places. Unfortunately, they changed their layout and concept. You can no longer see the the items you’re choosing for your bowl. You must order from a menu and have them make it in the back. Sad they had to mess things up and lose regular customers like us!
