Enormous servings and low prices, what’s not to love? Our server was super friendly and helpful, our lunches were really tasty, and the restaurant was festive and welcoming. A win!

The place smells really good, but the food was strangely flavorless except for being slightly spicy. The Chana Masala was overcooked. I think the chicken tikka masala was missing salt. Even the naan tasted stale. The samosa was good though. Maybe by the time I went there at 6pm, the food wasn’t fresh or something like that.

This newly opened restaurant was very delicious! I really enjoyed the chicken combo with garlic naan. The concept of altering the menu very day is very interesting, I will definitely try it again.

Ordered papdi chat and Pav bhaji. Apparently Pav bhaji is not actually Pav bhaji but just aloo patty stuffed inside a bun. The person providing the food was kind enough to explain but I have never heard of any variation of Pav bhaji that exists like this. So decided to give it a try. But it was tasteless. Papdi chaat was equally bland without proper chutney and without any yogurt and or onions. It was in no way a chaat. It was just some puris stuffed with potato, Mung beans and garbanzo beans. Please do not order these items as it was a waste of money.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Berkeley. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. of the chicken entrees I’ve tried have been outstanding, including tikka masala, korma , chicken 65 , and lamb.

Good, cheap, filling Indian food but very spicy! My dinner companion could not eat the vegetable combo she ordered because it was about 10,000 on the schoville scale (very spicy). My chicken korma was very good.
