I had the Black and Blue burger, and it was great! No skimping on the blue cheese, which is unusual in other places I’ve had this kind of burger. Bolt used the perfect about of blue–lots!! Hubs had green chili cheese fries and they were awesome as well. We’d certainly go back, and definitely recommend folks traveling I-25 south stop in and try them. Oh, and the grasshopper milkshake? Totally yummy!!

My wife and I visited this restaurant in Colorado City just off of I-25 today for the first time. The location was convenient, there was enough parking, the outside of the restaurant looked pleasing to the eyes, the inside of the restaurant was nicely decorated, bright, colorful, and clean with adequate seating, the employee who took our orders was friendly, patient, respectful, and helpful in guiding us to the best choices for us, our food (rather expensive) was served to us within five minutes, served hot, delicious milkshakes and ice cream sundaes, no music was playing in the dining room, there was WiFi, but the network was locked and the restaurant doesn’t give the password to customers.

Stopped by on a whim and had the Original Bolt, which is definitely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The fish sandwich was also great and service was quick. We’ll be sure to stop by next time we’re on this stretch of 1-25.

What a nice stop on a trip down from the mountains. The staff was great when my very large group slammed the place. They did thier best to keep up with what I can only expect was an overwhelming amount of orders. My burger was awesome!

We stopped here on our way back home from vacation and it’ll forever be marked as one of our “must eat here” places on our way through CO.
