Love Bon Fresco. Great food and some of the best customer service in the food industry. Despite the ever increasing cost of ingredients they still manage to keep their prices reasonable. You can’t go wrong with the London Broil and Peanut Soup. We always try to support local businesses and they’re one of them for sure. Just do it.

My order got confused at the start, got a grilled chicken on baguette, but ordered i the tomato mozzarella with chicken. (I hate to complain) but the gentleman at the counter, i assume the owner quickly fixed that for me. The tomato mozz with chicken was excellent, tender chicken, thick cut mozzarella and tomato, and delicious pesto. 10/10 and I got to bring the other sandwich to a coworker. From listening to interactions while I waited this guy knows his regulars well and greets everyone with enthusiasm. Excellent food and service at a good price, around Jessup you can pay a lot more and get a lot less. Highly recommend.

There service sucks. This is a simple sandwich store why does it take anything more than five minutes for one order. The cashier was pleasant but should have said the order would take a long time to prepare he didn’t. I left after ten minutes of waiting and asking how much longer and being told about 12 more minutes. Please make it make sense. Sounds like you can not handle a lunch run which means you tell people ahead of placing an order.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Easily the best ‘sandwich shop’ experience I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely astonishing, he even asked me how soon I would be eating the sandwich to make sure that they could separate the bread from the other ingredients if it was going to be an extended period of time. The bread that they use is phenomenal, the pulled pork was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be that it was fairly spicy. (That is a personal problem, no fault to the business. I just can’t do spicy foods.) I am pretty certain that their bread would make the best breakfast sandwich on the planet, so I definitely need to come back and try it.

Bon Fresco is a great small chain soup and sandwich spot. Friendly staff that makes higher food quality options than your larger chain equivalents. The London broil and chicken picante sandwiches are great starter options. A side bonus is that companies in the area use this place for advertisements in the form of free food or discounts.
