I don’t know why the low star rating for. Food is always excellent and ratio is always perfect. Staff is always so helpful and answers your questions but it is preferred you order online as the kitchen tends to be busy from fulfilling orders. Every time I make modifications, asks for extra things or request things to be on the side, they are all always so helpful. There are many locations around Boston but this area in my opinion has the best location and it has a parking lot too. Love their Namasake sandwich but here is a picture of my delicious rice bowl. Happy eats!

Not good taste, due to be in a tower building, they cannot use fryer to cook the noodle should be fried. Taste is not correct Singapore style noodle , I just eat little and trash to the bin.

♾ stars out of ten!!! Even though I’m not vegetarian, my favorite sandwich of theirs is the JP! It is so good!! The noodle dishes are amazing cold and hot! The bubble tea and the other drinks are superb. I really liked the strawberry drink with strawberry popping bubbles and the original bubble tea.

The staff are so rude. When we wanted to ask a question about ingredients and to order food, the lady literally just laughed in our face and didn’t even respond. One of the staff walked away because she couldn’t understand English and had to get another member who again just laughed at us. The portions are small and they will not help you if you have an allergy (it’s just too much work for them to change gloves or clean counters). Just go somewhere else to eat.

Probably the worst brown sugar boba I can remember having. The boba was not close to being cooked through. Tea tasted sour. Either the milk used has gone bad or it’s a flavor of milk tea I’ve never had and definitely do not enjoy.

I would give zero if I could. The portion was way too small. And depending on people sometimes it could be less. I ordered extra bokchoy today, and they intentionally gave me less. I always come here and I know the portion, it was nothing different from the portion I used to get even when I didn’t order extra bokchoy.

They made me cry, I’m warning you all, don’t come here! The staff were lazy and rude. When I tried to get service they tried to ignore me. And when I finally get their attention they make me feel stupid and selfish for wanting to order food. When I said I wanted to order 5 sandwiches and 10 bowls for a party back home, and they just laughed in my face and told me they won’t take my order because its too much work. They clearly hate their customers. There was no line/traffic. I was the only customer present. They said they would serve me just only one item. After waiting 30mins while the staff snickered and talk rudely about me with each other on front of me I finally was able to get my food. I was crying silently and they they laughed and tried to discreetly take photos of me crying when they thought I wasn’t looking. I went home immediately clearly upset. No one stood up for me. The sandwich had little flavor and dry. If you don’t want to be bullied and socially isolated please DO NOT spend your money here.

Service is terrible. There were no other customers there, but the two people behind the counter still basically refused to help me order a non-pork meal using the self -service check out thing. I wanted to know what proteins I could substitute and they just kept saying any without telling me what the options were which was not clearly listed anywhere. I just went with tofu. After this entire engagement they did not look at my order closely enough to make it without pork the first time and had to make it again, throwing the pork version in the trash.

I had the Namesake bahn me in the truck, the bread was good. But the sandwich had very mild flavors. Like food without seasoning. The pork is not great and the vegetables were not cut as small as they should have. They really need to make a mix of more flavorfull proteins, better sauces and and improve preparation of vegetables, far from being a good bahn mi or sandwich
