I attempted the Bon temps market twice. The first time, I was advised a 15 minute wait. After 45 minutes, we left. 15 min after leaving, i got the text that the table was ready. i came back a few hours and was quickly sat. the crab were cold and starting to go bad. they didnt even seem fresh at the time they were actually cooked either. For $40, please go somewhere else or cook them yourself. Save your money.

I should have known as soon as I came around to the “Bon Temps Grill” and it smelled like a rancid dock to keep going. Still, I thought I’d give the All You Can Eat Crabs a try. Big mistake, the crabs were cold and I imagine they’d been sitting on those buckets on the counter for at least 30 minutes. The service was almost as bad as the food. This is all after having to wait 45 minutes when there were many tables empty and many workers walking around aimlessly talking about everything under the sun except how to do their jobs correctly. Bring back the buffet and put this travesty out of its misery!

We waited 2 hours to be seated because we were thrilled that their all you can eat crab legs is back. The $39.99 is for crab legs only. No buffet. You can order to pay other food on the menu. Unfortunately our waitress was incompetent. She’s always by the bar area talking to other waitresses. We would get our drinks, napkins, and crab legs refill etc. every 25 minutes. I timed. I think they do that so the patrons would leave early? She’s always MIA. There’s 6 of them serving a small area because the casino closed the back area of the restaurant. We tried to be patient but she showed absolutely no care towards us. Very much displeased.

Need to bring the buffet back. For the amount paid for the seafood platter, the food was no where close to being worth it. The seafood platter was mostly fries. Can go to Duke’s or Don’s pay half the price and 100% better quality. The buffet was awesome, but now it’s a dine in that’s way over priced for what it is

Went here at 500pm on a Saturday night 4/6. All kinds of tables open. They told me it would be a 20 minute wait for a table. Well I went to Red Lotus and got right in. Done with Bob Temps. Always a let down

I used to come here a lot. it used to be amazing and delicious..but when I came last night for Christmas… it was disgusting. Everything on the buffet was dried out and flavorless… the price was $35 a person but I could barely find anything to stomach. The Mac and cheese didn’t even taste like cheese. And how can you possibly screw up Mashed potatoes??? All of the meats were severely over cooked..None of the food had name cards, so it was a guessing game. Everything that was fried was sitting in cold greese.. They wouldn’t regularly fill the food.. so we would have to ask them and they would look at each other confused then grab it from the back like they forgot to put it out. The food was old, the staff was unbothered and lazy. The restaurant quality has taken a dive. It’s definitely not worth your time or money. We tried to speak to the manager but he seemed so rude and unbothered. I love food. It has to be absolutely disgusting for me to even complain. All 4 of us at our table agreed that every single thing down to the dessert was disgusting. Please save yourself the time and headache. Golden Corral has a better buffet.
