Super nice people. Food was ready on time and was reasonably priced. The Naan was fantastic, the samosa and the jasmine rice was just plain and uneventful and the Chicken Tikka Marsala really was bland and without flavor. With that being said, it was cooked perfectly and the fault could be that I didn’t ask for medium spice, but this has zero taste. I will give them a shot again and discuss the flavoring and preparation of the dishes before I order as I really do appreciate how polite that were and I most definitely support local businesses.

Bonani is a nondescript Indian restaurant that serves delicious food. We get the Chicken Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala, veggie samosas, and garlic Naan. They never disappoint, always tasty and full of flavor. The vindaloo is spicy and the Tikka Masala is rich and creamy. The prices are fair for the amount of food they give. They have lunch specials too. They serve the food in the to go containers which is nice because then all you need is the lid. But if you’re eating there they give you stryfoam plates not the worst thing in the world. Bonani is always delicious.

Best Biryani and Tikka Masala in Connecticut! The Paratha is made in-house daily and is mouth-watering just writing about it! I got the Chicken Tikka Masala and my husband got the Chicken Saag (spinach + chicken) – they were both flawless. We also ordered the Biryani and it was perfectly balanced in flavor. I want to go back asap and try the Garlic Naan and Lamb Vindaloo.
