good food, stupid service. We ordered their sticky fried chicken covered with sauce and were given a single napkin each (had to ask for more, were given one more napkin each). Obviously very expensive napkins, despite looking cheap. Then had to ask for moist towelettes, which similar places provide automatically at the end of the meal. Note the spicy sauce is sneaky hot – it does not hit all at once.

Must be a hit or miss with this place. I’ve eaten here several times prior and the food was pretty good. Today I ordered a family meal for dinner, half soy and half plain for pick up. Spent a little over $50. I arrived home and discovered the chicken was absolutely horrendous! There was NO SEASONING on the chicken and there was no difference in taste in the plain or soy. It just all tasted like old chicken grease. The chicken legs were extremely hard as well. The manager did offer a full refund by way of the cashier(he didn’t get on the phone and actually speak to me). The cashier offered a sincere apology which was appreciated. But I still have to go back out and get an edible meal for the family! The quality of the food was bad overall. Extremely disappointing experience.

Food was good, however it took over an hour and a half to come out. When we asked our server, they made very passive aggressive comments. Also the bathroom is always locked every time I come there, so you have to go next door all the time to use it. There’s this one employee who is constantly in the locked bathroom for about an hour and a half. It’s really rude to other staff or customers who need to use the restroom. Like unless you have some medical condition, why are you in the bathroom for so long. Are you shooting up or snorting something in there? My God it’s ridiculous

Food was good. The spicy wings were entirely too hot for me but the flavor was really good. I couldn’t eat them and you can’t sample the sauces so it was a waste for me. Cashier was a bit rude, but in an overly nice way? Pork belly buns are delicious and something I’ll come back for.

Our waitress, Hannah, at Bonchon Columbia was amazing – she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. Hannah took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. The service was prompt and efficient, but we never felt rushed – our waitress struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. She was also great with our kids, making them feel welcome and comfortable throughout the meal. Overall, our experience at the restaurant was made even better by the excellent service provided by our waitress – we will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant to others!

Spicy boneless wings are not for the faint of heart. Pair that with the fried rice (hold the red peppers) and this meal is top 4 on my Mt Rushmore of dining out. The spicy wrap is delicious too! Service is decent. The waitstaff seem understaffed by the amount of running around but you don’t notice with service given.

I think if I could, I would eat here everyday. Their wings are perfectly crispy! Very nice soju selection so accompany the chicken after a long day! The service was great and everyone was very kind!
