Recently dined at Bonchon and was blown away by the experience. The boneless wings were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. The signature Bonchon style delivered a flavor explosion with its impeccable seasoning and mouthwatering glaze. Laura and Andrew provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and offering great recommendations. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff courteous, music bumping. It was 9:50PM when we arrived. My family and I were trying to grab dinner real quick. a gentleman with glasses who I guess was managing the front/back approached us. He asked if we needed help. I proceeded to tell him the sign said we needed to wait to be seated. He didn’t even hesitate. He looked at his watch twice and and sighed and proceeded to tell me us we couldn’t be seated because the kitchen closes at 10:30. We didn’t even say anything about what we wanted but clearly he didn’t want to serve anyone else who was going to dine. I understand the kitchen closes at 10:30 but the restaurant sign said it closed at 11PM. We could’ve gladly said sure we’ll take it to go but literally he didn’t even bother. He out right didn’t wanna serve us and told us they closed at 10:30 so they wouldn’t have to cook anything or serve anyone else but it was crazy how there were other folks in the restaurant. Such a horrible experience.
