HUGE PORTIONS! Seriously. Even the small can be split by 2 adults. If you’re dining in, a ROBOT serves your food. Due to a staffing shortage, they serve the food in to-go containers, which makes it very convenient to box your leftovers cuz you’re gonna have em. Also, the chicken is super crispy. We will definitely be returning customers.

Quest and Consume
We stopped by for the first time and are happy we did! If you’re in the area and craving some crispy fried chicken, we definitely recommend you check this place out. We tried the small combo (6 wings and 3 drums) with half soy garlic and half spicy. Our favorite was definitely the spicy, but we wish it had a little more kick, as it was barely noticeable. The soy garlic was good as well, but it lacked in garlic flavor. The best part is the chicken is EXTRA crispy, which we absolutely loved! Overall, we definitely enjoyed our first experience here and look forward to coming back again.

This is literally the best chicken ever!!!! You guys have to try it.!!! The chicken is so crunchy and fresh !!! I don’t know why I haven’t heard about this place sooner We tried the soy garlic flavor and it was impeccable!!! Highly recommended! I was really looking forward to dining in this place and was left disappointed. The restaurant served us our food in a takeout bag while we were dining in! The decent thing would’ve been to inform us it’s take out only and I wouldn’t have wasted my time there and left. The service is worse then a Chinese take out restaurant. I was not expecting to pay up front plus tip and then receive my food in take out boxes to eat in the restaurant. I had to even grab my own styrofoam plates and plastic serving ware. I’ve visited the Jacksonville, FL location before and the food and service there was great. They are supposed to serve you in actual serving ware not to go boxes unless you request that. I’m very disappointed with the Fayetteville location and will not return again. They do not cater well in this location because of its demographics and that bothers me!

The food was amazing! The bulgogi tacos and shrimp shumai were amazing, as were the spicy potstickers. The Korean fried chicken was top notch, and some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in Georgia. If you are nearby, then you have to stop here and eat.

My brothers and I had dinner here last night and it was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. The spicy wings were delicious and everything was tasty, fried to perfection. We had called in and arrived right before they were going to close, yet the owner stayed back and allowed us to dine in while his kitchen staff were on their way home. 5 stars for their service, food, and everything else. I definitely will be eating here again and recommend you try it.

We visited this place around 6:00 pm and had a great experience despite the staff shortage. The franchise owner or manager, who happened to be a gentleman, informed us upfront about the limited staff availability. However, they were quick to provide us with to-go boxes so we could enjoy our meal on-site, which was absolutely fine with us.

Only good things to say about my visit to Bonchon. The food is tasty; the service is what ever customer looks for when dining out; the dining area is spacious and clean. Ming greeted us so warmly when we stopped in. He was friendly and welcoming, as was BellaBot, who brought our order to the table. A fun dining experience!
