The spicy boneless wings are literally Buffalo Wild Wings with Asian zing sauce. Far from real Korean fried chicken. 2/5 wouldn’t recommend

The service is quite fast, priced are reasonable for being at the mall. You’re given a buzzer to know when your food is ready. Either take out or dine in on a tray. The potstickers are seasoned in either spicy sauce or soy sauce. The chicken is honestly delicious and juicy. The Udon is absolutely delicious, too. It’s absolutely worth a stop over Panda Express.

The spicy and soy garlic drumsticks are the best Korean chicken I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious and this is a spot I visit every time I’m in Minneapolis. Highly recommend it!

Visiting the Mall of America on 3/4, I picked up lunch for my daughter and I. I remember it was a combo we ordered. I checked my card statement on 3/30 and noticed, I was charged over $107 for a meal. I reported the issue via Bonchon website then, on 3/31 I receive confirmation that they received my inquiry but, no one has followed up.

Went there recently for the first time to order some food but changed my mind after being ignored and then rudely talked down to. I arrived there at 10:50am (10 mins before opening time) so I could take a good look at the menu and decide what I wanted. There were 3 workers that I could see preparing and walking around. When 11am rolled around, I noticed the 3 workers all talking in back and still preparing. They obviously noticed me because 2 of them made eye contact but didn’t come out. Finally another guy in a tan coat came out and started doing something on the register and looked at me and looked away. It was now 11:10am and when he realized I wasn’t leaving he said in a very rude voice and visibly annoyed face “we’re not open!” I said ” okay” and then asked “well it’s past 11, when will you guys be open?” He then said I an ever further annoyed voice “in 30 minutes” and rolled his eyes and walked to the back. Not sure why he treated me like I was bothering him so much when I was quietly and patiently waiting for them to open. If he had been nice and told me they were running behind, I would’ve understanded and accepted that answer, but instead he made me feel like I was in the wrong and being a thorn in his side by waiting in front after what was supposed to be opening time. I took my service to Panda Express. Bonchon has good food, but avoid this location at all costs (or at least around the time they’re SUPPOSED to open) unless you want to be talked down to and be treated like your presence is bothering to them. Please see pic attached which was taken 15 mins after supposed opening time.

My boyfriend and I love Bonchon’s fried chicken. We’ve only tried the soy garlic sauce and it’s delicious! The sauce different from anything we have had before, but it has great flavor. The chicken is always super crispy. We did get the takoyaki once and it wasn’t the best. It just seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Other than that, the chicken and French fries are always fantastic.

This place is amazing. Chicken is super flavorful and crispy without being oily. The sauce wasn’t too thick so it didn’t stick to your skin. My hands didn’t feel super dirty after eating, and it was super easy to clean up. After trying other Korean fried chicken restaurants like bbq chicken, this place is definitely the best I’ve had.

Ate spicy #4, was tasty and I really liked how fast it came. The tacos were out of stock which was depressing. Wasn’t as many choices as the normal Bonchon I think. My favorite part was how juicy the chicken was, juice dropped from it as I ate.

My favorite food at the mall. Always get the combo #4 with kimchi. Sooo good! I’ll never get tired of it. The servers are super quick to get the food out too. Can’t go wrong with this place.

This is disappointing. So different from what I remember from Korea. So old. Dry. Salty. I think panda express my daughter got was better and cheaper. We got two boneless soysauce meals. Don’t think I will come back here.
