Korean style fried chicken has never been my fave but I am so glad I gave this place a chance.The crispiest juiciest fried chicken! If you are a spice lover get the spicy sauce. Its worth it. Both the wings and the drumsticks were equally good, fried to perfection. We also tried the bulgogi sliders and loved it. Price and quality wise I would say this place is a gem.

We found Bonchon in Chapel hill last year and have been a few times. Their food is so good and it’s always a treat when we go there. We were planning to go there last night, but we saw that this location was open! We had the nicest server Tommy. We ordered fried dumplings (amazing) and a family meal. The family meal was only $40ish and we had so much fried chicken to take home. It’s the best value they offer. The fried rice is some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had and their chicken is also equally amazing. I’m so glad this location opened and we were able to visit during their soft opening.

My food was sooooo delicious!!! Fresh hot & flavorful – sorry the picture of my soy garlic wings didn’t make it up here I devoured them immediately.. best chicken wings ever & I love the spicy chicken house fried rice – if you can’t handle spice don’t order spicy from here. Also Kennedy‘s customer service was Amazing – she’s perfect for the establishment such a pleasant young lady & very helpful with the menu !! I’ll definitely be back 🙂

Finally, a good Korean fried chicken place in the area. Went in for lunch, got the bulgogi fries rice and 8 piece combos. Lunch combos (before 3pm) are all reasonably priced. Both were very good, chicken was so crispy and tasty. We went with the soy garlic since my daughter doesn’t like too spicy things. Fried rice was delicious and you can taste the bulgogi in every bite. We will definitely be back for more.

Kid loved everything. Wife loved everything. Bro, my fata** even liked the salad. That ginger dressing is sweet and tangy and makes the veggies POP! The Pork Buns taste like a damn southern BBQ sammie, so go on and get those! Then the star was the fried chicken. That Soy and Garlic sauce is perfect. I don’t like soy or garlic when its overbearing. I like them when they accentuate a dish vs overpowering it. They are so well balanced in that sauce you don’t taste either. The crunch of the chicken is like ASMR in your skull. Definitely coming back.

We love, love KFC and wanted to check this place out. We went on a Wednesday at 6 pm and was seated immediately. The service was fast and friendly, and the loaded bulgogi fires were good, but that’s where the good ended. We got 30 wings half/half with pickled radish and rice. The wings were nice and crunchy. However, the sauces were lacking in amount and flavor. The hot was just hot without a good flavor. The pickled radish had a floral taste, and the rice tasted more like jasmine than traditional sticky rice. Unfortunately, this was a miss for me and my family. We will likely stick to our locally owned Korean spots. Try it for yourself, but also be sure to give other Korean spots a try.

Will definitely be back. Everything was delicious we want to try more of the menu! The service was oddly slow for it being outside of the lunch rush hours and not even busy inside, but I’ll forgive it because the food was good.

Had the best experience for dinner today. Ordered the medium size wings with spicy and Korean BBQ sauces. I personally thought the Korean BBQ was a little spicier than the spicy, but I could still tolerate it. They might be the best wings my husband and I have had. Very light crispy and juicy. So flavorful. The bulgogi fries were out of this world. The waiter was also extremely attentive. We will definitely be going back.
