Service was a bit slow but friendly. Skin of chicken wings were crunchy and very tasty but inside is a bit bland but still juicy. Fried bulgogi rice was good! The pork bun was bit hard to chew.

Came to this store around 8:45 and was told that they’re closing at 9:30 and they can’t allow us to dine in. Carry Out is the only option. They should have changed their information online to avoid any confusion to customers. On Yelp their closing time is 10pm.

The food is the same amazing food. The service and atmosphere does need to improve a lot. The gentlemen working on Saturday (5/27) need a lot of customer service training. Train Robbin too! I have been to a lot of the Bonchons in the DMV area and this is by far the worse. Stay away if you are going to eat in and order carry out.

This location was definitely a little hard to find when driving around when it’s snowing! However the staff was super friendly and the food was very fresh. I would definitely come back whenever I have a craving for their chicken. I did notice that several of the pieces were different sizes and even though I ordered half half combo I didn’t seem to receive the same amount for each flavors.

My 1st time having Korean Fried Chicken was today! My Boss and I shared the 4 piece drums (half spicy/have garlic) with the picked radish and seafood fried rice. It was amazing! I only ate the spicy and it had a slight sweet taste and was crunchy. The seafood fried rice was superb it was some of the best fried rice I have ever had! The restaurant was so quaint on the inside and very, very clean. The two (2) ladies (staff employees) responsible for the ordering were so helpful and friendly. We originally ordered the food to go but changed our minds to stay at the restaurant once we saw how enjoyable it was….neither of the two (2) staff employees had a problem with us changing our minds and still continued to provide great customer services. I will definitely be returning with my family and have my second (2nd) experience with Korean Fried Chicken….I can’t wait!

Great wings and side plates. One suggestion to this restaurant is, to improve cole slaw. TBH, cole slaw from this restaurant gives negative feeling, and it would be better not offer it. Not fresh, and even sauce seem too old left in container.

Went here for lunch today. I got the wings and wife got the chicken Katsu. I asked if I could get some extra sauce on the side for my wings and they said no, and were adamant about it. Didn’t say why, and were kind of rude honestly. My chicken wings when I got them were not very saucy either. Blows my mind that a chicken place would just refuse to give you more sauce, even if you pay for it. I’ve read it’s a company policy online, which would be insane if that was true. Either way I had to use some sauce I had at my house from my fridge. Prob wouldn’t go here again honestly.
