Bulgogi was so bad. It looked like dog food. The taste was really bad. The meat was green. The “vegetables” were some overcooked pepper and soggy mushrooms. Threw it away. For $14 I would expect edible food.

I have personal experience with BonChon restaurants, however this franchise was subpar at best. The restaurant looks clean but the food items is too pricey, you won’t get your fill and they can’t give an itemized receipt. Absolute Shame!

Never again! Used to love bonchon and order every week. I ordered bulldak chicken which is served with tteobokki ( not present ) and white rice ( which they didn’t send). The dish that is supposed to be stir fried looks like stew, katsu is burnt. The size of the drumstick for the price is laughable. Do not recommend!

Terrible food, low quality, almost no seasoning on seasoned fries. Tiny portion of bulgogi for $4 as a side. Chicken was barely sauced frozen chicken strips like you’d get at a grocery store.

I’d never heard of the place until I was invited by Yelp. This is honestly some of the best fried chicken I’ve had. It was crispy even after it sat for awhile. I got the sweet Thai- I highly recommend it. I gave it 4 stars because of the limited menu, but otherwise, the food was good! I personally didn’t care for the dessert.
